Our experience with the staff during breakfast was extremely disappointing. We felt rushed and even reprimanded for taking our time in the dining area, which put a damper on our morning. To top it off, we were unable to use the sauna due to a lack of communication about needing to pre-book it.

I loved the comfortable room, but parking fees were unexpected.

the staff was friendly, but it’s hard to enjoy that when the shower temperature is like a rollercoaster! plus, no air conditioning? crazy. i anticipated a complimentary gesture due to the inconvenience, but it seems my preference for excellent service is just too much for them to handle. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
